The flagbearer of the New Patriotic Party faced a barrage of criticism this week. Yesterday, for instance, Paul Afoko hauled him over the coals for his involvement in management decisions. He raked him over the coals for stopping him[Paul Afoko] from disciplining Kennedy Agyapong.
Akuffo Addo merely took the bait. He opined that he isn't bothered. He believes it is the price of leadership.
I’m not disturbed, because I understand that this is the price of leadership. All members of our party have a role to play in the party’s victory, and I am calling on all members to work hard towards our victory. I welcome everyone’s contribution. I have always stood and will always stand for the collective.
He adds that an 18 sector committee has been set up. The committee is tasked with the formulation of the party's policies and programmes.
